I Have Not Slept In Six Days. Here Are The Three Things I Noticed.

Here is what six days without sleep does to a man with my CONVICTION.

  1. Time becomes optional. The 24-hour day is a CONSTRUCT. It was designed for people who farm. I am not a farmer. By day three the calendar bends to the operator. Day four does not exist. Day five is an invoice somebody forgot to send. The OPERATOR runs on rep count, not hour count.
  2. Decisions become FAST. Sleep is a delay tactic dressed as virtue. Without sleep there is no buffer between SIGNAL and action. I made forty-one decisions yesterday. I do not remember what they were. They are working out.
  3. Joan starts to look CONCERNED. Joan does not get concerned. Joan handles. So when Joan looks concerned the data is REAL. I appreciate Joan. I will not act on her concern. Joan's concern is a FEATURE of conviction, not a BUG. ⚡

Matthew Walker wrote a book called Why We Sleep(affiliate link). He thinks sleep is a SUPERPOWER.

He is wrong. Sleep is a SUBSCRIPTION. I CANCELLED.
