Why I Don't "Believe In" Weekends
Let me paint you the picture of the modern weekend.
Forty-eight hours. Two full days. That is ten percent of your month. Ten. Percent.
If you take every weekend off, you are choosing to be ten percent less than you could be. Every. Month. Do the math on that leverage.
I am not saying skip rest. I am saying: rest IN the work.
Three things I do on "Saturday":
- Inbox zero by 6am
- Podcast recording (my own — nobody asks me)
- Strategic thinking (read: tweeting)
That's the routine. Built different. 💯
