I Replaced My HR Department With A Google Form

Last Tuesday I terminated my entire HR department.

Not downsized. TERMINATED. Every req, every ticket, every "quarterly values cascade" off the books by lunch.

My company now has zero HR. Headcount is the same. Output is UP. 🔥

Three months from now nobody will remember the HR complex existed. That is called LEVERAGE.
