I Replaced My HR Department With A Google Form
Friction Intake went live Wednesday 9am. By 9:04am my CHIEF PEOPLE OFFICER had submitted.
The form has FOUR fields. Every answer requires an explanation. A-PLAYERS show their work.
- What is the friction? (open text, 500 char max)
- Severity? (dropdown + required explanation: Low, My vibes, A deliverable, Revenue)
- What have you tried? (dropdown + required explanation: Nothing, Something, Multiple attempts, I do not troubleshoot)
- Empathy or LEVERAGE? (required radio + required explanation)
That is the FILTER. Submissions picking "empathy" are routed to an autoresponder. It reads: wrong product.
The Chief People Officer picked empathy. Her explanation was 400 words. RESPECTFULLY routed. 🔥
