Hour 1: the Chief People Officer quit. She emailed a LINKEDIN screenshot. Title already changed to "Advisor."
Hour 3: three "People Partners" requested skip-levels. I denied all three. They had not submitted the FORM.
Hour 8: our general counsel called. She used the word "exposure" FOUR times.
I reminded her that the form is OPT-IN. Opt-in HR is not HR. It is a suggestion box.
