I do not give two weeks. I give ZERO MINUTES.

Last time I left a company I left during a one-on-one. He was MID-SENTENCE.

I stood up. I walked out.

I did not say goodbye to my chair.

The chair did not earn a goodbye. The COMPANY did not earn a goodbye. They earned the ABSENCE of one.

A resignation is not a transition. A resignation is a SIGNAL. The signal is BUILT in the leaving, not the lingering.
